Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
ScrollBait Engine is a web application for creating, managing, rendering, scheduling, exporting, and publishing short-form video content.
These Terms of Service govern your use of ScrollBait Engine and its integrations with external services including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other supported platforms.
Account Authorization
You may only connect Google, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or other social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
Connecting an external account authorizes ScrollBait Engine to perform only the actions allowed by the permissions granted by you and supported by the relevant platform.
You may revoke platform authorization or disconnect supported accounts at any time.
Content Creation
ScrollBait Engine may generate or process video scripts, titles, descriptions, hashtags, images, animations, audio, speech, music, sound effects, captions, thumbnails, metadata, and rendered video files using local software or configured third-party services.
Generated content may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication.
Publishing
ScrollBait Engine may provide functionality for publishing or uploading content to authorized accounts on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Publishing integrations may transmit video files, titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, privacy settings, scheduling information, and other metadata selected or approved as part of the publishing workflow.
ScrollBait Engine will only attempt to publish content using an account that has been connected and authorized for the relevant platform functionality.
External platforms retain ultimate control over publishing availability, processing, visibility, moderation, API limits, account eligibility, copyright checks, review requirements, and other platform-specific behavior.
YouTube Integration
YouTube publishing functionality uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API. By connecting a YouTube account, you authorize ScrollBait Engine to use the permissions displayed during Google's authorization process.
ScrollBait Engine currently uses YouTube upload authorization to upload videos requested by the user to an authorized YouTube channel.
Your use of YouTube through ScrollBait Engine is also subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable terms, API policies, and community requirements.
TikTok Integration
TikTok publishing functionality may use TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API.
Depending on the integration mode and permissions approved by TikTok, ScrollBait Engine may upload content as a draft or submit content directly for publication after the user has authorized the required functionality.
TikTok may impose restrictions on content visibility, API access, or publishing capabilities for applications that have not completed TikTok's required review or audit processes.
Facebook and Instagram Integration
Facebook and Instagram publishing functionality may use APIs provided by Meta.
Users must have the required ownership, Page role, business permissions, professional account configuration, or other authorization required by Meta to use publishing functionality.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content that you generate, edit, review, export, schedule, upload, or publish using ScrollBait Engine.
You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for content uploaded or published using the application.
You agree not to use ScrollBait Engine to create, distribute, upload, or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, harmful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by the destination platform.
You are responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines, advertising policies, copyright requirements, API rules, and other applicable requirements of every platform to which you publish.
Automated Publishing
Some ScrollBait Engine workflows may support automated or scheduled publishing.
By enabling such functionality, you authorize ScrollBait Engine to execute the publishing actions configured by you using the connected account.
You remain responsible for reviewing your automation settings and ensuring that automatically published content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
Third-Party Services
ScrollBait Engine may depend on third-party APIs and services for artificial intelligence generation, media processing, authentication, hosting, publishing, analytics, or other functionality.
Third-party services operate independently and may change their APIs, pricing, availability, limitations, terms, or policies at any time.
Availability
ScrollBait Engine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Continuous availability, uninterrupted publishing, successful API requests, or acceptance of content by external platforms is not guaranteed.
Upload or publishing operations may fail because of network errors, expired authorization, API limitations, quota limits, platform outages, account restrictions, media validation failures, or other circumstances outside ScrollBait Engine's control.
Suspension of Access
Access to ScrollBait Engine may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect the application, connected accounts, infrastructure, third-party services, or other users from misuse or security risks.
Privacy
Information about how ScrollBait Engine accesses, uses, stores, protects, and deletes account and platform data is described in the ScrollBait Engine Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as ScrollBait Engine evolves, adds integrations, or responds to changes in external platform requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
